The Browns will leverage Lava's AI fan engagement platform to launch several new fan-focused loyalty enhancements in their team app.

This is the first activation of the partnership between the Browns and LAVA. As part of it, LAVA will also help the Browns collect business metrics like fan engagement rate and spending patterns.
